Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites

We really liked our stay. The room was clean and nice, and all the staff were very kind. The hot tub was properly hot, too. The elevator got a bit crowded some mornings and evenings, which made using it with a double stroller tricky, but manageable. Breakfast was limited to hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, and oatmeal, so we bought food once we got into the parks. No big deal, and there’s a Denny’s and iHop next door if you want a more filling breakfast. We just didn’t want to spend the morning stopping for food before the parks.

We walked to Disneyland in under 10 minutes, and being able to leave the park and walk back in without a problem was great. The indoor pool was a nice bonus in January when it was cool. We stayed with our two youngest kids, who slept on the pullout couch. Having a door between the rooms gave us some privacy, and everything was super clean thanks to the cleaning staff. The continental breakfast wasn’t anything special, but we’d stay again. Denny’s is right next door and more affordable than other places.

It’s great being right across the street from Disneyland. We got the room with two Queens and a pullout bed, and it was clean, spacious, and nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the price was the best when I booked. This is always our first choice.

The front desk staff were cheerful and helpful every time we interacted, and the valet staff were friendly too. Housekeeping was attentive, and our room was clean. There was free breakfast that was easy to grab on the way to the park. Disneyland is a short walk away, which made it easy to take breaks without losing much of the day. We enjoyed our stay at the Desert Inn & Suites and will come back.
