For the Arlington Heights and Buffalo Grove area, this is an easy pick. The breakfast was great, the staff were efficient and friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. You can still feel the Marriott quality in the layout, finishes, and overall upkeep, even though it now costs much less as a Comfort. It used to be a Marriott property, and this is the best Comfort Inn & Suites I’ve stayed at, honestly the best in the country in my experience.

The pool was wonderfully warm and a nice way to relax. Breakfast was decent, with a good range of choices. I also found the daytime supervisor awesome, and everyone else was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The hotel was extremely clean, which really made a difference to my stay. I had a great time and will be back soon.

Jay at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast was just right. For the price, I don’t think you’ll find a better hotel within 5-10 miles. Believe me, I’ve tried most of them. Our daughter lives about a mile away, so we’ll definitely stay here again soon.

The beds were comfortable, but the breakfast area was a mess when I went down. The counters had dirty cups with coffee, cereal, and waffle batter on them. Also, there aren’t microwaves in the rooms. I stay at Comfort Suites across the US, and this is the first time I’ve run into that. Having to go to the lobby to use one isn’t convenient. I don’t plan to return to this Comfort Suites unless I bring my own microwave.

Last October, my service dog and I needed somewhere soft to land for a while. We stayed for two months, and it couldn’t have been a better place for us. Everyone was fantastic, from the front desk to housekeeping. The staff are amazing, and manager Jay deserves a raise. Ten stars from me!
