Anaheim Hills Inn & Suites

A friend stayed here, and the place needs a lot of work. The tub was disgusting, stained black, and the bed cover had marks on it. The dresser, desk, and nightstand need refinishing and drawer pulls. The phone also had what looked like blood stains. I wouldn’t recommend staying in these conditions. Wish I could post photos.

I wasn’t expecting a modern hotel, just a clean and safe room. Instead it was filthy, with poop on the toilet and cigarette burns on the sheet. The smoke detector had been removed, leaving live wires hanging down. The room looked nothing like the website photos, and if we could’ve left that night, we would have. When we reported the problems the next morning, they said they could move us to one of their better rooms. I’m speaking with Corporate about a full refund and plan to contact Anahiem Hills Code Enforcement. This shouldn’t be allowed.

There was head hair and pubic hair everywhere, along with poop stains. When I asked for clean sheets, they refused, though they offered another room. I didn’t see how that would help if the other room was dirty too. I think the positive ratings are fake, since I can’t imagine anyone staying here and honestly reviewing it well. After a long, frustrating argument, I finally got a refund, but the experience was horrifying. The woman didn’t want to refund me because I’d used the bathroom soap, saying that meant I’d used the room and wasn’t entitled to my money back. She yelled and called me a liar. I had to work hard to stay professional, and she left me shaking with anger. I’m keeping my photos for the health department. I’m also filing complaints wherever I can because of the health concerns, and hope to get the place shut down. In my view, the property should be condemned over the health risks. These people seem to care only about money, and letting guests book rooms in this condition is a crime in itself. I’ll do what I can to make sure they eventually pay for their greed.

Sandy checked us in and was the best. She made me feel comfortable and welcome, and everyone on staff was extremely nice, kind, understanding, and accommodating. I absolutely loved staying here.
