Best Western Courtesy Hotel - Anaheim Resort Amusement Park

The hotel sits in a really small area, and parking is horrendous. I appreciate that breakfast is free, but the eggs are the fake kind and turn out watery when you bite into them. Maybe adding a couple of real eggs to the mix would improve it. Still, since it’s included, I guess it’s about what you’d expect.

The desk staff were so kind and helpful, and everything was easy. Our room was a good size with really comfortable beds. Breakfast was free and quite nice, and the hotel is close to Disney. I loved it and will definitely come back.

This is our second stay in the past month, and I really like the hotel. It’s close to the park, the room is roomy, and the bed is comfortable. There’s a fridge and microwave, the price is decent, and the free breakfast is convenient and great. A convenience store is about a block away. A few things could be better. The AC seemed to shut off unusually often, and we couldn’t get the room to the right temperature. The rooms need at least one more nightstand. I don’t know if it’s standard, but there aren’t tubs in the bathrooms, which some older guests might want after a long day at the park. And bagels with cream cheese at breakfast would be the icing on the cake.

The property was clean, and the staff were attentive whenever I needed anything. Everyone was friendly, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great, and the coffee was fresh. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Anaheim.
