The customer service was top notch, and I loved having scooter rentals right in the lobby. The rooms were clean, and the lobby was great. The mattress felt a little hard, but breakfast each day was delicious. The only drawback is that breakfast is upstairs next door, with no elevator. If you ask, though, they’ll bring it to your room. This is about as close to the parks as you can get.

We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub, but they were still closed even though the refurbishment was supposed to be finished the day before we arrived. Nobody told us until after one of my family members had checked in, by which point it was too late to find another place. We had to stay anyway. The noise made sleeping in impossible. Horns honked in the intersection until about 1 a.m. every night, the garbage truck came at 6 a.m. daily, and we could hear the trash being dumped several times, followed by about five minutes of backup beeping. On two of our four nights, people were drag racing in front of the hotel. I’ll never stay here again or recommend it.

The room worked well for our family of five, with the pullout couch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s an easy five-minute walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. The pool and hot tub were closed for refurbishment in January, so I can’t comment on them. We could have used a neighboring hotel’s pool, but didn’t have time since the parks were our priority. Complimentary coffee and breakfast made mornings easy, and they had to-go boxes we could pack for later at the park. Highly recommend.

You can walk across the street to Disneyland from here, which is even closer than staying at the Disney resort hotels. The rooms aren’t anything special, but they’re clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are the best, and there’s free coffee in the lobby and free hot breakfast. The price reflects the location, but it’s still more affordable than many other nearby options and, to me, the best one. I almost hate to leave a good review because it’s usually sold out.
