Anaheim Camelot Inn & Suites

The location makes this one of the best good neighbor hotels. Camelot is right across from the Disneyland entrance, which makes getting to the park especially convenient. Check-in was easy, and the lobby adds a little magic despite the minimal theming. Elevators are spacious and easy to access; rooms open onto outdoor walkways and balconies, and the rooms themselves are comfortable and well themed. The valet team was attentive and kept parking smooth and efficient. One stop mobility is right on the property, which made getting a scooter for park access the easiest and most convenient option. If easy access is what you’re after, this is the hotel.

Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was 100° while we were there, so the AC working so well was a necessity. Valet parking was the only option, but it was a very easy, convenient process, and the valet staff were really nice. The walk to the park was quick. The downside was noise from rope droppers and, at times, the street or parking lot. You could hear people passing even when they talked quietly. All in all, a nice place to stay, and I’d definitely come back.

The two-room suites are amazing, with loads of room for your stuff and really comfortable beds. Being right across from Disneyland was the best, and from our fifth floor room we could see the Matterhorn. There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 4th floor, and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The staff were so helpful and friendly, from the front desk to valet. The valet gentlemen were especially cool. On-site scooter rentals are a great idea too. I’d definitely stay here again.

The pool was nice and quite at night, and the hot tub felt great after a few days of carrying our daughter around the park. Our room was clean as expected, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. They even let us in a little early. It’s very close to the park, and the gift shop has competitive prices for the area. For cheaper options, walk to 7/11 or A Market instead of spending $$$ at the other spots closer to the park.
