Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

A lovely extra was the birthday gifts for the girls, which really made their day. The kids also had fun with the lobby scavenger hunt, and free breakfast made mornings easier. Parking was straightforward and convenient, and we appreciated being able to leave the car before check-in. It's close to Disneyland and other nearby amenities. The staff were welcoming and friendly from start to finish, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free for our family. We'd recommend it.

We just checked in and are excited to stay. The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is really nice. The pool and jacuzzi are sparkling clean too. Staff have been extremely helpful and kind. Karina at the front desk made us feel welcome, and we've had a pleasant experience so far. I'd absolutely recommend this place.

I've stayed here many times and have always had an amazing experience. Tonight we needed a little help with a personal situation, and Natalia and Itzel at the front desk were wonderful. Their customer service and compassion toward my family were outstanding. I manage over 400 employees and wish every one of them showed the same care and service. Management is lucky to have them. This is the best hotel for a Disneyland vacation.

There was a waiting area where my 15-month-old daughter could play without me worrying too much. The rooms aren't the most up to date, but that doesn't matter much when most people are only there to sleep. Disneyland is about a 10-minute walk away, and they serve a great breakfast. The staff are great and the place is well managed. I'd happily stay again.
