Element by Marriott Anaheim Resort Convention Center

This is our new regular for Disneyland trips. The hotel feels newer, the rooms are spacious, and ours was clean. We were moved from a studio suite to a queen suite, which was a lovely surprise. It had a full-size fridge and freezer, and parking was easy. Brady at the front desk was professional, kind, and just a great person. Getting an Uber out front is simple. The walk to Disneyland is about 15 minutes and felt safe, though it may be tough if you have a bad knee. There’s also a very nice gym if you still have energy after walking around the parks all day.

We had the 2 Queens and Sofa bed room, with a lovely view from the couch where we ate. The room was beautiful, and the small kitchenette was useful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of supplies, including makeup washcloths. The lobby looked lovely for Valentine's Day, and the Market had some good treats. We arrived early and checked in ahead of time. While we were at Disneyland, the Marriott app let us know when our room was ready. Breakfast was good, with lots of seating. For anyone who’d rather ride than walk, ART bus 7 stops on the street in front of the hotel and goes to Disneyland. It was a quick visit, but we meant to come back and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

My daughter already calls it her “Best Day Ever,” even though she hasn’t made it to Disneyland yet. We’re just spending our first night here, but the staff helped us arrange something special for her birthday before we arrived. Darah at the front desk has been great, and the other woman, the gentlemen, and the cleaning staff have all been welcoming and helpful too. The celebration amenities cost a bit, but they’re more affordable than other nearby options, and I recommend them. We’re in a one-bedroom suite with a spacious kitchen that’s already come in handy. Our view faces the resort, which I recommend since the other side looks out toward the freeway. Everything looks clean and new to me. I don’t see the worn-down condition mentioned in some other reviews. The shower is big enough for two, clean, and hot, though it would be nice to have a bathroom fan. We also liked the saltwater pool, but really wish they’d add a Jacuzzi. The gym is huge for a hotel and has all the equipment you need. I’m hoping to use it tomorrow. So far, I’d recommend Element Anaheim and its helpful staff.

We were really pleased with our family’s first stay at Element Anaheim Resort. Our Resort View room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a kitchenette that had useful equipment. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and Darah at reception was warm, professional, and welcoming. Disneyland is around a 12-15 minute walk away. There’s a mall nearby too, and Uber rides were affordable when we wanted an easier option. We’d happily recommend the hotel to friends and family, and hope to stay again.
