Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim At The Park

We paid $417 after tax and fees for three nights, Jan. 16-19 2026. From here it’s a 15-minute walk to Downtown Disney, then another 10 minutes through Downtown gets you to the gates, about an easy mile in all. We had a quiet stay in January when it wasn’t very busy. Our room had updated LVP flooring and a king bed on the second, top floor. The room, towels, breakfast, pool, and jacuzzi were all clean and basic. Breakfast was yummy. There’s laundry on site, and parking was simple and included. What more do you need when you’re trying to save money? It was a great place for our Disney trip. If you plan to spend all day at the hotel, I guess choose a resort. If you just need somewhere to rest, this spot was super perfect and awesome.

A great stay for our family. The room was clean, laundry is on site, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants are nearby, and Marri's is worth a try for pizza. You can walk to the Disney parks. This location will soon be out of the Choice Hotels network.

We loved being able to walk straight to the parks. It was easy and pleasant, and saved us the time and hassle of parking. The Quality Inn at the Park felt like a convenient home base for all the fun. Service was the standout. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us warmly. Staff were genuinely helpful, and the front desk handled our requests right away. When we asked for extra towels, they quickly said “no problem.” Breakfast was a treat, with hot eggs, sausage, and waffles, plus fresh fruit, yogurt, and different breads. There was something for everyone. The hotel also offered great value. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to return.

The rooms were about what I expected for the price, and the breakfast was basic and free. The property looked well kept, with rose bushes, a playground, and chairs and tables around the grounds. It’s within walking distance of Downtown Disneyland. Our AC fan was noisy, though, and we had to turn it off to sleep.
