Fairfield Inn & Suites Quincy

I was in the Quincy area recently for work, and Fairfield turned out to be a great place to stay. It has the thoughtful amenities a traveler needs. Dan and Brandan at the front desk were especially courteous and helpful throughout.

The rest of our stay was pleasant, and the other staff were nothing like the desk person who checked us in. She was crunching on a snack and came across as very inhospitable. She flatly asked, "one or two keys?" then shoved them toward me and gave directions to the third-floor room, the elevator around the corner to the left, and breakfast from 6 to 10 in the same unpleasant tone. When the next man came in, she barked, "Last name," then repeated, "What's your last name?" just as sharply. I went to get my luggage from the car hoping the rest of the staff would be better, and they were.

Shauna and Mike were amazing with our basketball team. They were so helpful and accommodating.

Bri at the front desk made me feel welcome right away. She was incredibly kind and attentive, and everyone else I met was warm and went out of their way to help. That care made this feel like more than just a quick work stop. My room was spotless, neatly set up, and quiet enough to rest after long workdays. Breakfast from 6 to 9 fit my schedule well, with plenty of choices and a clean dining area. I was at the Fairfield Inn in Quincy, Illinois on a business trip, and had a great experience from beginning to end. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it to people visiting Quincy for work or leisure.
