Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

We had an issue at check-in because it looked like someone had already been lying on the beds. The front desk quickly moved us to a new room, apologized, and handled it efficiently. The replacement room had a better view, so it turned into a nice upgrade. We even watched the New Year’s fireworks from our room, which was cool. The hotel is well maintained and just a short walk from Disneyland.

We had a Disney-facing room and could see the fireworks, though some may be too low or face the other way, so there’s no guarantee. The balcony was nice, but there was a fair amount of street noise. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and we had a fridge, safe, and charging stations. CVS is less than half a block away. The walk to the main gate was manageable, and the ART bus stopped right outside, but it’s being discontinued. :-(

I spent 11 nights here and had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff were friendly and nice. It’s an older place that’s had a significant recent renovation. Walking to and from Disneyland took me 15 minutes, which was quicker than waiting around in the Uber area for a ride. The best part for me was the patio balconies in every room. The whole patio-facing wall is glass, so there’s loads of light and great views. I’ve stayed at many Anaheim Disneyland hotels over the years, including the JW marriot, and they’ve all had small room windows. No one else really has patios. The pool area is nice, too, and gives you a break on days off from the theme parks.

We stayed two nights over New Year 2025. The location is superb, about a 10-minute walk to the Disneyland parks. The lobby is lovely, the facilities are great, and check-in staff were professional and friendly. Our room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and we had a great view of the Disneyland parks with fireworks at night. The pool area looked lovely. I would’ve used it if I’d brought swimwear, especially since it stays open late. Gutted I didn’t! It’s very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other nearby places. There’s also an in-house shop for grab-and-go bits and merchandise. We had breakfast twice at the bar/restaurant, and the service was great. I’d recommend it and would 100% stay again.
