The Villas At The Disneyland Hotel

The location is a quiet break from the park chaos, which is why we keep coming back. Our room was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the High Key Club concierge food and the very kind cast members there, Robert, Cynthia, Guille and Kay. A big thank you to the Disneyland Hotel front desk team, Brittany, Elena, Ernesto and Penny, for taking the time to sort out our issue. Everyone we met during the visit was 10/10. We felt genuinely cared for. That's the Disney touch, and it comes from the people working there.

We had a later reservation, and by the end it felt like things were winding down and we had to finish sooner than we'd hoped. Still, Goofy's Kitchen was a fun visit, especially for the Disney atmosphere and the character interactions. The characters came to our table for photos and greetings, and their visits felt personal rather than rushed. Kids would love it, though adults can enjoy the Disney magic too. There was a good range of buffet food, and everything we tried was fresh and kept stocked. The quality was better than I expected. Staff were friendly, cleared plates quickly, and kept things running smoothly despite how busy it gets. The colorful, lively setting feels like part of the Disneyland experience, not just a meal. If you're visiting Disneyland or staying at the Disneyland Hotel, I think the experience is worth the money.

I still think about going back, and I'm planning another stay, even though hotel guests are losing early entry. The staff and atmosphere were immaculate. The room was in the Frontier Tower. The original rooms look a little dark and dated to me, though the light-up headboards are exquisite. Next time I'll try the villas in the newest building, which look bright and up to date. I hope to report back after that stay, maybe this year. The pool area was amazing: three heated pools, three hot tubs, a waterslide, a Steamboat Willie splash pad, lots of chairs and tables, and cabanas to rent. Room service was quick, and the oranges that came with it made handy park snacks. I liked almost everything I tried, and prices were similar to other restaurants in the hotel and Downtown Disney area. I stayed five nights in November 2024. The reason for four stars was the room hadn't been fully turned over when I arrived: used contacts and eyelashes on the sink, hair in the shower, and no robes. I called the front desk and they took care of it.

We had breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen, and the characters were wonderful with our kids. Dinner at Tangaroa Terrace was great too, the burger and poke bowls were a 10/10. Our studio villa was spacious and well equipped. The coffee shop was good, and I liked being able to order ahead. The gift shops had lots of variety, and the pool areas were clean and well kept. We can't wait to come back next year!
