Hilton Anchorage

Chavous and Emerson made my stay at this Hilton. They were welcoming and easy to talk to, and helped with everything from check-in to questions during my visit. I could tell they take pride in looking after guests. Their attitude made the whole experience much better.

Angela Ramos at the Hilton Anchorage handled a room change quickly when I found that the shower pipes in my original room were frozen. She made sure I was comfortable as soon as possible, and the switch was simple and stress-free. She was professional, friendly, and clearly willing to go the extra mile. I really appreciated her help.

Maria is always so kind at breakfast, even when I ask for things that aren't typical. Emil a Houseman was a gentleman with my many requests, and Angela has checked me in with a smile and real poise the last couple of times. Jovana at the desk is lovely too, and steps in to help. The staff have become friendlier and quicker to assist, and the whole place feels different now. I've been here for business for years and used to like other downtown hotels more. This is now my favorite. The lobby and restaurant renovations look beautiful, with a modern Roaring Twenties feel and a color scheme I love. The decor feels like it'll stand the test of time. I definitely recommend it for the customer service.

Melissa G checked in on us during the stay and made sure we got a room with a great view. She went out of her way to accommodate whatever we needed, and honestly she's what made our first Alaska trip feel so special. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and lots of windows for the scenery. Breakfast in the lobby was a good buffet too. If you come to Anchorage, this place is worth it, especially for Melissa.
