We booked two rooms, but one was missing its coffee, coffee pot, and hair dryer. There weren’t any extra pillows available either. The AC and heating unit was very loud and had loose vents.

At the desk, they told me they don’t work with capital one, and my name had been entered wrong, either on purpose or as failed ragebait. Capital One Travel support called the hotel to find out what was going on, but said the manager wouldn’t answer. When support told me to try checking in again, I let the manager know they’d been trying to reach him. He got mad, cursed at me, and gave me the middle finger. I’d give zero stars if I could.

The room was disgusting, and the check-in staff were rude. My husband and I booked through Airbnb and were asked several times about pets and guests. We said we had none, but she still asked for a $50 deposit and said she’d return it “tomorrow” after confirming we had no guests or pets. The bed had hair on it, the door was stained with lipstick and in poor condition, the shower water swung from cold to burning hot, and the towels had “brown stains.” There was a lot of foot traffic, and the area felt dangerous. When we asked about the deposit the next day, we were told it would take 4-5 business days. I contacted Airbnb to request partial payment back because of the poor communication, dirty room, and rudeness. We stayed on 7/24/2025, and as of 8/28/2025 I still hadn’t received the deposit or a reply to my email. Apparently my earlier review was taken down. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for anyone with children. Lawsuit!

The manager refused to check me in because the company system had been down all day, something he hadn’t disclosed. I’d paid for the room on my phone and arrived to check in, then was told the system was down and would take at least two hours to come back. The manager’s attitude was nasty, and the service was terrible. I asked for a refund since all this could have been avoided if he’d been honest from the start. Now law enforcement is involved, and I’m being told I won’t get my money back at all. I’d been sitting in the heat for an hour with my child, who has nosebleed problems. The worst experience. Don’t waste your time or money.
