Best Western Plus Anderson

I moved here after stays at the Fairfield Inn and Holiday Inn in Anderson, and this place is kept clean. I spend most of my life on the road in hotels, so I'm giving it five stars. Cameras cover the parking lot, the staff are consistently polite, and management goes out of its way to accommodate guests and bring them back. I also appreciate that staff make your breakfast plate, so a hundred other people haven't handled everything you touch. Highly recommend.

I booked the junior suite so we'd have room for my daughter's birthday, and told the assistant manager that two little girls would be staying. I also knew Kristen at the front desk, who said she was working that evening and had permission to authorize a birthday party. She told me the same thing my mother heard, that it was fine since we'd had a party last year and cleaned up. Several workers, including the assistant manager, Kristen, and maintenance staff, walked by while we set up and nobody said the party wasn't allowed. I would've stopped if they had. At checkout I cleaned the room and took the trash out. I expected a $170.20 charge for the room, but my card was charged $150 and another $195. Be aware of these unauthorized charges.

The room was spotless, breakfast was delicious, and it was easy to get back on the freeway from here. Everyone greeted us with a smile and such warm personalities. Thanks for the hospitality!

This is easily the best Best Western I've stayed at, even though I hadn't liked the ones I'd tried before. The rooms, grounds, and breakfast area were impressively clean. I saw maintenance staff changing bulbs and making repairs, and the sanitation staff were doing a great job. The price was great, too. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend.
