I came from Kansas for Thanksgiving and picked this place because it’s just around the corner from my sister's house. I arrived around midnight, wanting nothing more than a shower and bed. The tub wouldn't drain, which was annoying but not a huge issue. Then I pulled back the covers and found hair, lint, and other stuff all over the sheets. It was so late that I used my lint roller on the whole bed and saved the sheets to show someone in the morning. While getting ready the next day, I noticed a big dried blood spot on the toilet lid. The pillows were completely flat, the floor and bedside table were dirty, and the heater didn't work properly. I'd had enough, so I took the linty sheets to the desk and explained everything to the woman there. She tried to blame me, asking how she could know I hadn't done it and why I hadn't come down sooner. I was furious. I told her I'd arrived really late and didn't want to deal with it then, and asked if she thought I would deliberately cover my bed in hair or clog the shower. She moved me to a different room, which was a little better, but I probably won't stay here again.

Zero stars. The room was disgusting, with hair on the bed, trash everywhere, a dirty toilet, and a shower that wouldn't drain. They wouldn't refund us, only offered another room, and we refused it.

The hotel sits right off the highway beside a gas station, which was convenient. Everything else was awful. The lobby smelled like all kinds of smoke, and check-in dragged on because the clerk was new and had nobody there to help. The room was big, but the bed was as hard as a rock, and I woke up hurting from how uncomfortable it was. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower head was so low that I had to bend down to wash my hair at 5'5". My 6'1" husband had to bend over completely to rinse his. They only provided shampoo, no conditioner or body wash. When we asked for some, the clerk said to give him 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, he was outside on the phone. It was 10 p.m. and I wanted to shower and sleep. The service was terrible. Don't waste your money here, it's not worth it.

Worst hotel ever. I don't know how I managed two nights there with a baby. The rooms had cockroaches and lots of other insects, the bathrooms were nasty, and the tub was dirty. There was mold all over the curtains, the water smelled bad, and the sheets had hair everywhere. The microwave was filthy too. I could go on. On top of all that, they took the towels and left us without any.
