I moved rooms after reporting that the lights and shower in my first room didn’t work. I’d arrived around 11:30 PM after a long day, and the front desk said nothing could be checked until morning. When I called again the next morning, I was told maintenance was asleep and to come get another key. I did, and moved to the room they gave me. Then at 7:00 AM, a stranger opened that room’s door and woke me. The bed was right by the door, so it was terrifying. He apologized and left, then came back five minutes later with the front desk woman. She asked arrogantly who’d given me the room instead of apologizing. They had moved me there themselves, apparently without taking it off the available list, and assigned it to someone else. This was a disorganized, unprofessional experience that left me feeling they were careless about guest safety. No working room, no help at night, then a stranger walking in because of their mistake. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Both rooms were poorly cleaned, and several things inside them didn’t work right. In room 158 the bed was broken, with a huge dip in the middle and no real support. The tub in 101 had rust buildup, the floors on both levels were sticky and dirty, and the door in 101 was misaligned enough that you had to kick it open and shut. Nothing seems to have been replaced in years, and the place feels stuck in 2010. I was even expected to change my own sheets. Management seems to think that’s acceptable. They should sell to someone who’ll care about the service. I’d tell anyone to spend more and stay elsewhere. Worst experience ever.

The location was good, but I won’t come back. It was loud, with lots of yelling and police being called, and the rooms were awful: sticky floors, uncomfortable beds, and black mold all over the shower walls. The towels were disgusting too. Staff were disrespectful, and they refused to return my deposit. It never felt peaceful. It seemed like all they cared about was taking my money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I booked directly through their own system months ahead, but when I arrived on the concert night, I was told they’d sold my room to someone else for a higher price. They said there was nothing they could do. I tried at least to get a refund, but they’re refusing, and a manager named Hope just hangs up when I speak to her. You’re taking a chance of losing your room if you book here. Good luck.
