Shae at the front desk was wonderful. Our TV wasn’t working, and she came up to the room to help get it running. I couldn’t have managed without her. Ten stars for SHAE, not five! She’s going to be an RN soon, and I wish her all the best. I know what makes a great nurse after 33 years as an IV hospital rep, dealing with healthcare professionals who ranged from caring about patients and their outcomes to those who didn’t. Shae will be a great one. She also loved my service dog Gus, a 150lb Black Russian Terrier. They’re guard dogs through and through, but Gus loved her. If she’s Gussy approved, she must be great.

The property is beautiful, and the staff were lovely. Kay at the front desk was kind, funny, knowledgeable, and caring. She welcomed us like we were guests in her own home. We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Place in Ann Arbor and will be back. Thank you!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff did a great job at check-in and gave us some local suggestions. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area. It was good value for the money, and cleanliness matters most to us.

I travel a lot for my kids’ hockey, and the Hyatt Place in Ann Arbor is top notch. The setup is ideal, with comfortable, clean rooms, an open social space, and a welcoming hotel bar. The free breakfast goes well beyond what I’ve had elsewhere. The staff do a great job too. I highly recommend staying here.

A quiet, clean, comfortable room and friendly service. They had gluten-free muffins and other gluten-free choices at breakfast! Book here if you have food allergies.
