The pull-out sofa bed was almost impossible to sleep on, it felt incredibly old and uncomfortable. We could also hear the upstairs neighbors walking around each night until 11pm, and the floors hadn't been mopped before we checked in, so our bare feet got dirty just walking inside. Still, this was a nice place to stay and enjoy AMI. It's close to the ocean, has a quaint beach theme, and the rental was reasonably well appointed. We liked walking and renting bikes to explore Anna Maria Island from this central spot. When we unexpectedly lost power in half the unit, maintenance took care of it quickly. A few fixes could make the stay a truly five-star experience.
