Wyndham Garden Anna

I was only passing through and didn’t expect much from a hotel in Anna, but I had a great stay. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and gave great service. The hotel feels modern and elegant, with a full-service bar. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Housekeeping came into the room at 11:00 a.m. while my daughter and I were resting, even though I’d paid for checkout at 1:00 p.m. The front desk agent had told me at check-in to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, so the interruption was uncomfortable and unexpected. I wish the front desk and housekeeping had communicated better about guests with late checkout. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay at the brand-new Wyndham Garden. The hotel was clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the room and beds were very comfortable. I’d stay again.

My father-in-law spent two nights here and said it was very clean overall, with a nice exercise area. It was what you’d expect from a brand-new hotel. He didn’t see the mess mentioned in earlier reviews, so he thought that was probably construction debris from the soft opening, since he stayed before the grand opening.

We checked out this Wyndham Garden Anna as a possible place for family to stay when they visit us, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating. Aiko showed us around and explained the services Wyndham offers here. The rooms looked very nice, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book a staycation. We came back later for a drink and got the same attentive service. Hannah was wonderful as well.
