El Rancho Motel

This place is awful. It’s $250 a week, and the rooms have bedbugs. When I asked to move, the rude manager put me in the room right next door. The staff are completely rude to customers, especially women. A huge disappointment. Never again.

My friend and I were just walking along quietly, minding our own business. We weren't being loud, but the manager came over, harassed us, and told us to stop walking and go back to our room. Extremely rude.

My daughter and I have lived at Heritage Inn for over a year and haven't had any problems. The rooms are clean, and we've had no bugs or fleas. The housekeeper sprays when she cleans, and the managers have a professional pest control person spray every month. We feel safe here, and it's quiet at night. If something does come up, the managers deal with it quickly. The location is good, and the weekly rates are cheap. Best motel on Broadway, and we love it here.

The cleaning lady was very nice, but the other staff were rude. The manager yelled at me while I was walking and spoke Spanish to me, assuming I was Mexican. The place is kind of nice, but it smelled like cigarettes and there were roaches in the bathroom.
