I had no TV or internet on Valentine's Day, so the $100 was down the drain. The hotel made me call their internet provider to troubleshoot, and I spent more than 25 minutes on the phone. The channels and internet still went out, and although I was told the issue would be escalated to the front desk and I'd get a call, nobody ever called.

The manager was no help and blamed the sales office. They wouldn't show proof that the $87 deposit wasn't part of the charge, even though 16 families showed the front desk it should have been $347. Each family was charged $600 when it should have been $450. The sales office had coordinated with the third-party company and accepted the reservation and contract, but the manager said it was up to us to call. No apology for the inconvenience, either. Terrible customer service.

BED BUGS!!!! My coworker checked two rooms, found bed bugs, and moved to another hotel. She told me the next morning. I was so exhausted after traveling that I hadn't checked my own bed, but sure enough, I got bed bug bites.

Kids ran up and down the hall all night, and the front desk did nothing to stop it even after I asked politely. The staff were the rudest I've ever dealt with, unwilling to help and condescending when they spoke to me, if they weren't looking at their phones instead. This was the worst stay of my life. I'd highly recommend staying somewhere else.
