The group rate made this a more competitive choice for my industry exhibition. Check-in was quick and the room was good. I was on the corner of the 9th floor, which was decent, though I would have preferred a higher floor. Parking was confusing. Both entrances seemed to show all the other brands, and I drove past the first one because I didn’t see JW Marriott listed. There are also two elevator groups: one serves up to the 22nd floor, while the other starts at 23 and above. The first elevator you come to after check-in is the one for the higher floors. Overall, a good hotel.

Alex was a delight, and the food was delicious. Meseret was charming and helpful, made me feel welcome, and checked that I had everything I needed. Their service made the trip extra special. It’s that kind of care that makes the JD Marriott such a standout property.

I spent about 30 minutes in the Executive Lounge, and Alex and Mes made it a wonderful experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and elegant, with a real sense of class. As a Titanium Member, I’ve come to expect great service from JW Marriotts, but these two were exceptional. Please appreciate them and take care of them, because they take such good care of your guests. 👍🏼

We felt celebrated from the moment we arrived for our wedding night. The staff were kind and thoughtful, and every detail helped make the stay feel special. The sparkling wine and chocolates were a lovely way to end the night as newlyweds. Our Corner Executive Suite was spacious, spotless, and beautiful, with a fantastic view of Lucas Oil Stadium and Victory Field right outside the windows. The shower was a standout, with great water pressure and multiple shower heads. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’re grateful to the JW Marriott team for making the night so memorable.

I was at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Downtown all weekend for a cheer event, and Eric at the bar was easily the best part of my stay. It was packed every night, but he still checked on everyone, kept the water coming, and made sure guests felt looked after. He remembered my birthday and knew what I wanted before I had to ask. Eric made me a cucumber martini on the spot that was so good I came back the next day for another. He also introduced us to a few of his signature mixes, and those were just as good. Skilled, professional, friendly, and impressively efficient even under pressure. I’ll be back, and I’ll definitely stop by to see him.
