The staff have made my stay feel welcoming from the start. Cherice checked me in on 8/15 and has been kind every time I’ve seen her since. Charity is attentive, professional, and always cordial, and Ms. Tonya keeps the morning coffee area stocked, the lobby clean, and treats guests warmly. These women are the best part of Extended Stay America. They deserve raises, and I think Ms. Tonya should be in a leadership role. I’ve had trouble getting clean linens, though, and guests should be able to get fresh ones for the week without a hassle. The back door needs fixing soon for convenience and safety. Cooking smells from other guests often drift into rooms. Outdoor seating on the front porch would be a nice addition, and a microwave, fruit, and bottled water in the coffee bar area would improve the options there.

The staff were the best thing about this place. The room I booked wasn’t available, and I was offered a smaller one. It had no internet, no counter space, and wasn’t clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen. After I complained, they moved me, but the second room was dirty too. The microwave caught fire inside when we tried to use it, and the dishwasher had old, moldy water in it. It couldn’t be used and suddenly started spilling water onto the floor.

After spending one night here, I woke up with bites but didn’t think much of them at first. The following evening, while watching TV in bed, I felt something crawling on me. I grabbed it and killed it, then saw it was a bed bug. I went straight to the front desk, got a refund, and checked out. Looking over my body today, I’m covered in bites. Stay at your own risk.

I had a great few weeks here with my children. The staff were caring and kind, and I got help whenever I needed it. Charity, Charice, and miss Heather were especially welcoming. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this place.

My room was clean and comfortable, and everyone here was friendly and supportive. The staff were nice, and the housekeepers helped a lot. I enjoyed staying here, will miss them, and would definitely recommend the hotel.
