Danielle was tending the bar and made our first stay here a lot of fun. She was personable and kind, and we’d only meant to grab a quick bite but stayed because of her. The food was good, everything was very clean, and the location was great. I’d come back.

The location is amazing and within walking distance of everything, and I’d stay again. But the room had three sticky spots on the floor and a broken bathroom lock. Maintenance came and fixed the lock, though the sticky patches were still there. Be aware that parking costs $33 per night and isn’t free. That wasn’t mentioned when I booked, and the price makes me think twice.

I book work travel and used to work at Marriott, so I noticed the service. Jason at the front desk made sure our reservations were set up correctly and gave us excellent customer care. That’s why I’m giving five stars.

The rooms were cozy and had walk-in showers, and the pool was nice. There’s no free breakfast, and the hotel’s food and drinks are far too expensive. A soda cost over $4. Marijuana smell in one hallway also put me off. The first night, loud banging from what sounded like people stomping upstairs woke me at 2 a.m. The second night was much better.

The staff and the cleanliness of the property made this a four-star stay for me. The rooms were clean, though the bed linens and towels need replacing. Special thanks to Bryan at the restaurant, who went out of his way to get us a meal and hot drink just before closing.
