The rooms were fine, but the hotel was under construction, which wasn’t ideal. Staff were rude and disorganized. While I was still eating breakfast, they told me I had to go back to my room before breakfast ended so they could clean up. It was a pretty awful stay, and I wouldn’t come back.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I’d stay here again. The location is convenient for downtown, though you’ll need a ride to get there. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a few small maintenance issues that didn’t affect our comfort. Breakfast had a decent selection, and the gym was tiny but worked for my needs.

The cleaning and front desk staff were wonderful and kind, but I’ll never stay here again. Our group of 40 arrived without any warning that we’d be without water for most of each day. That meant no restrooms, showers, ice, laundry, or room cleaning. Communication was a mess, and the general manager seemed unaware of what was happening at his own property and didn’t seem interested in helping. The accommodation he offered didn’t meet our request. He appeared to focus on appeasing just the two of us coordinating the group, despite there being 40 people. It’s an experience I won’t forget.

There was plenty of parking, the breakfast was good, and there were lots of dining options nearby. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms had been remodeled and were clean too.
