The room was dirty and nasty, and the front desk woman wasn’t helpful or friendly. There weren’t any pillows or blankets on the beds. I found roaches in both the toilet and fridge, and mold beside the heater, which had a bad leak. The smoke detectors were missing, and there was a hole in the wall where a vent used to be. I try to be fair and understanding, but save yourself the trouble. You won’t get a refund, and the attitude is basically take it or leave it. The fire marshal and health department would have a field day.

I waited more than 50 minutes to check out in the morning, with nobody around. I called the hotel several times and got no answer. The night before, people in the parking lot had loud music going well past midnight. The room itself was grimy and uncomfortable. There were roaches, holes in the walls, curtains coming off, a dirty bathroom, and a bathroom door that wouldn’t fully close. The bed was uncomfortable and came with just one small blanket. The AC didn’t work. They said they’d put a $50 hold on my card, but instead charged an extra $50 and didn’t refund it. For a $50 hotel price, I paid more than I would have for a decent motel. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I repeat, don’t stay here.

The room was in terrible shape, with bugs everywhere, a bathroom light that didn’t work, a missing mirror, badly worn walls, and a broken door lock. I only stayed because I was desperate after the other place I’d arranged fell through. It’s been almost a month and my deposit still hasn’t come back. I’ve called and emailed several times without getting a response. If the company sees this, I need a way to reach someone about getting my deposit back. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to spend the night. The whole stay was a disaster.

The new owners are working hard on remodeling the rooms. My wife and I are staying here now in one of the updated rooms, and we’re very happy with it. It’s clean, and the customer service has been polite and helpful. We’re pleased with our stay this time. Thanks, guys, great job, keep it up!
