Crowne Plaza Annapolis

We stay here often because I’m receiving cancer care at the Luminis hospital just down the street, so the location is very convenient. The Lodge next door is also an excellent restaurant. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at: the rooms are pristine and the staff are friendly, incredibly accommodating, and hard to beat. I can’t say enough about the hotel! The McGrails

I work nights, so it matters that it’s quiet enough here to get good sleep during the day. I’ve stayed at this Crowne location for the past three months as a travel healthcare worker, and hotels feel like a second home to me. This place has been genuinely homely, from the vibe and comfortable beds to the clean rooms and amazing team. Everyone I’ve met has been wonderful, and the food is tasty too. A few people deserve a shout-out. Alex on night shift recognizes my voice and always helps when I call to confirm an early check-in. Anya at the front desk is a sweet soul and helps quiet the hall when it gets really noisy, like when there’s cleaning work next door. And Eva has made my stay pleasant with her welcoming smiles and little chats. She even went out of her way to find my brand-new smart watch and make sure I got it. At checkout, she’d always ask if there was anything else she could do for me. Here’s to another three months of weekly stays.

Yusef made dinner at the hotel bar especially enjoyable. He was attentive, knew the menu well, took time to explain the options, and made creative, delicious drinks. I appreciated that warm service a lot. The room was beautifully maintained and cozy, and the location made nearby attractions easy to reach. I had an excellent stay and will choose this hotel again on my next visit.

I only stayed one night at the Crowne Plaza Annapolis, arriving in the late afternoon to a warm welcome from the front desk. At the bar, I had a refreshing welcome drink and friendly service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A Mexican restaurant just a few minutes’ walk away was excellent for dinner. The next morning I explored the marina and downtown, both absolutely stunning. I really enjoyed the trip, highly recommend the hotel, and hope to return.
