We were here for a wedding, and the rate was reasonable. I was impressed by how nice and clean the room was. Housekeeping respected our privacy and cleaned it promptly. The mattress and sheets were the best I've ever had at a hotel, and I consider myself well traveled. The pink free shuttle stopped right outside the lobby, which made it easy to go downtown. The catering team was amazing. They worked the event until after 11pm, including cleanup, then were back for breakfast setup at 9am. Everything was great. The only drawbacks were that we couldn't find a microwave, though we didn't try very hard, and the fridge didn't stay very cold. Room service can be ordered in the app until 11, and you can chat with staff there. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and stay again.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and both the service and bar were excellent. The parking took a star off for me. They don't tell you beforehand that you have to use valet, and if you don't, the charge doubles. For a four-star hotel, having no parking option other than paid parking should cost it a star.

Annapolis is easy to explore on foot from here, with the good restaurants and bars close by. The lobby bar and restaurant are solid, the service is great, and the rooms have that familiar Westin feel. I still can't figure out why this hotel is priced so low. It's always been my favorite spot in town.

Good customer service is one of life's real luxuries, and Barb delivered it. She was polite and very helpful while troubleshooting an issue for me, and went above and beyond as the front desk manager.

We picked this hotel for its proximity to Maryland Hall, and we're glad we did. Max made the valet experience especially good. He welcomed us with a warm greeting, then stayed professional and attentive, so we felt at home right away.
