The pool was great, and everyone was friendly. I’ve stayed here during the winter for the past few years, and the condos we rented were clean, updated, and comfortable. It felt like home, and everything was convenient. My son lives a couple of blocks away, which was a nice bonus. I recommend it.

It’s right on the water, and even if your condo is closer to Indian Rocks Road, you can sit by the intercoastal with a glass of wine without driving anywhere. The grounds are well cared for and issues get resolved. I almost hate giving it five stars because this place really is a hidden gem!!!
I know quite a few people who own condos here. The grounds are nicely manicured, and there are two pools, a workout room, and a hot tub. Nice property.
You can get to Indian Rocks Beach in about a five-minute bike ride, and the condos are right on the Intercoastal Waterway, with a spot to launch kayaks and canoes. There are two pools, a 20-person hot tub, and a workout facility. The main clubhouse has a pool table, TVs in the banquet room area, plus an internet Cafe Library. Seems like a great place to rent, buy, or stay for a short vacation.
