We left right away because we didn’t feel comfortable or safe. The room smelled terrible when we walked in, and although there were no bugs, both the mattress and floor were stained. The breaker blew as soon as we tried to switch on the vanity light. People in the rooms next door were extremely loud and breaking bottles on the ground. Later, I tried to get a refund through Expedia, but the business refused because I hadn’t complained in person as I was leaving.

There were spiders in the room, and the room just wasn’t clean. The sink ran brown water at first, and it took at least five minutes for the shower water to warm up. The old furniture needed replacing, there were holes in the wall beside the door, and the AC unit couldn’t be used properly. I’d recommend staying somewhere else in the area until this place is remodeled.

The place was quiet, and my room was very clean and stocked with toiletries. It was serviced every day, with the bed remade and fresh towels left daily. They’re in the middle of repairing the rooms and doing a great job. I love the new furniture and the fresh paint inside and out. The price is just right, and the manager is super nice and right there if you need anything. I’ll definitely stay again.

We saw roaches during our stay, and the whole place felt sketchy. They only told me the room price, with no mention of a security deposit, then took an extra $100. They said it would be returned 24 hours after our stay, but it took 30 days. I called several times during those 30 days and they ignored my calls.
