Best Western Apache Junction Inn

After a tough day biking through the Arizona mountains and heat, I arrived late at night completely wiped out. Nick at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and his kindness meant everything to me. He deserves a raise ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Housekeeping took care of our room every day, and we liked the breakfast too. The staff were super friendly, and they gave us a balcony room that was just right. This is a very good place to stay, and we’ll come back when we return.

This is a review of the reviews, and I’m grateful to everyone who shared theirs. They saved us from a horrible time at this place. What saddens me most is how the owners and managers respond. Their replies seem to dismiss complaints and discredit paying customers at nearly every opportunity. Those reviews could help the business fix problems and keep customers, but instead the responses turn away people who haven’t even stayed there. Shame on you.

I was rushing to check out after a couple of days on a business trip and left some clothes in a drawer. The housekeeper held onto them, so I could pick them up the next day. The complimentary breakfast had a limited selection, but there were some good options. The woman working the front desk and breakfast all weekend was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met at a hotel. I wish I’d remembered her name. It was a great experience.
