Hampton Inn Appleton-Fox River Mall Area

The staff were kind and efficient, and breakfast and the pool were nice. Our room was very pleasant, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom looked newly remodeled, and the sink, tub, toilet, and tile were all spotless. A fine stay.

When we stay around Appleton, this is usually our go-to. It’s easy to get to, right by the mall and highway. Hamptons have free hot breakfast, and don’t forget your swim trunks.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were great. I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inns, and this was the only one that left water bottles in my room because I checked in with a digital key. I’m looking forward to coming back.

The lobby coffee was better than any hotel coffee I’ve had, so I didn’t need to go hunting for a coffee shop. Breakfast was generous too, with eggs, bacon, seasoned potatoes, plenty of breads and muffins, and a mini waffle maker that was just the right size for me. I was in Appleton for work and arrived two hours before check-in. Trinity, a young desk agent, was friendly and let me into a room early at no charge. I checked it carefully, since I’ve spent over ten years as a hospitality operations manager and know what good housekeeping should look like. The room was spotless. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional. My only small drawback was not having a microwave in the room. I’m sure they’d have brought one if I’d asked. I’m glad my employer chose this place. It made for a thoroughly enjoyable, stress-free stay.
