The manager, Kishan, and the woman on staff are putting in a lot of effort around the clock, and they were great. Since this hotel was recently bought from another property, it’s still a typical affordable place, and the price makes it workable for a budget stay. Give the room a good look over and wipe things down before you settle in. Hopefully, more positive reviews and guests will eventually help them renovate it beyond the condition it was bought in.

The room was clean and check-in was easy, but I wouldn’t stay in room 202 again. The fridge froze and ruined all my food, so I had no lunch. The room was hot because the AC didn’t work, and I couldn’t sleep. Coffee wasn’t ready until 6:15, which made me late. The front desk guy didn’t seem to care much about any of the problems.

As a truck driver who spends a lot of time on the road, I really appreciate a place with clean rooms and such welcoming service. This place is beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly, and the beds are so soft I could sleep for days. Kishan, thanks for brightening my day 🫶🏾. I can’t wait to come back, and I’ll book more loads out of High Point NC knowing I’ll have a place to stay whenever I’m in town. Fellow truckers, check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

The continental breakfast was a nice way to start the day, and the staff were genuinely friendly. My room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. I had a great stay at Clarion Pointe, and I’ll definitely come back next time I visit High Point.

The hotel was very clean, everyone had a smile, and the bed was quite comfortable. It was also very reasonably priced. I’m a disabled veteran and needed a room that could fit my mobility scooter. The first room wouldn’t work because the hallway walls left too little space, but the staff quickly moved us. I could pull straight into the new room without any trouble, and they resolved the issue fast.
