Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center

Housekeeping was the weak point. The room looked clean and tidy at first, but empty bottles and used amenity items were still there after service. A clean-looking room isn’t necessarily a properly serviced one, and the housekeeping team could use more training to meet the brand's standards. The location is excellent for getting around the Tysons area. My room was comfortable, well furnished, and had the space I expect from a Hyatt Regency. Dining was decent, with good enough food and a relaxed feel, though nothing special. Thank you, and God bless you and your family 😊

I spend a lot of time in hotels, and this has become one of my favorites. The newly renovated floor has outstanding rooms with a very modern design, and I think you get great value for what you pay. Sama at the front desk deserves a special mention. She’s always warm and welcoming, so checking in feels like catching up with a friend. Highly recommend.

We live nearby and stayed with the kids for our anniversary. Angelina was great: she checked us in and kept checking on us each day. The rooms and common areas are modern and updated, and the hotel is conveniently close to the metro and Tysons Cornell Mall/Galleria. We’d definitely recommend it for families with kids and would come back. Thanks, Angelina!

The location is great, and the front desk team and room director were professional and tried to help. Even so, the stay felt inconsistent and below the Hyatt standard. Online check-in showed a confirmed suite in the app, but I was assigned a lower room type when I arrived. They corrected it the next day, but it was a frustrating start and new to me with Hyatt. The suite's WiFi didn't work after I moved in on day two. I changed rooms, but the same problem happened again. After moving twice, I gave up and used my own hotspot for most of the stay. WiFi only came back on the last day. Housekeeping was uneven too: visible dust stayed after service, amenities weren't always replaced, and a used glass was put back unwashed with my fingerprints still on it. There were smaller problems as well: one room had a TV that didn't work, and the TV system showed another guest’s name.
