Ahmed Khan was incredibly helpful as I handled things for my son, who is moving to Nouvelle apartments. My son had done some of the paperwork before signing the lease, then left for training where he couldn't be reached. I stepped in for him, and Ahmed patiently guided me through the process, handled each issue professionally, and made me feel like I was his only client. We got everything sorted, and my son is excited to move to Nouvelle. Thanks so much, Ahmed. You're the best!

I pay for parking, but while I was out of town the building switched parking stickers and my car was towed anyway. Management didn't make an effort to confirm I was a paying resident before choosing the most aggressive and costly option. Avoid this building. The elevators are another constant problem. Three of the five are always down, and it can take over 10 minutes just to get one. This place will inconvenience you and charge you for it. If you care about fair treatment and competent management, look elsewhere.

The outdoor pool has been a great bonus for my son, and summer has been better than ever because of the time we spend there. It’s become our favorite spot for fun and relaxing. The building is also impeccably clean, even the trash area, which is refreshing compared with our previous place. Living in Nouvelle Apartment has genuinely been great, mainly thanks to the staff and management. They follow up responsibly on our questions and concerns, and Christina has been especially responsive and dedicated. The maintenance team has been excellent with repair requests, handling issues quickly and efficiently, so problems don’t cause much inconvenience. The clean, well-maintained facilities and caring community have made this a joy to call home.

For what this place costs and its reputation, the elevator situation is unacceptable. Waiting 10-15 minutes is a daily reality, not an exaggeration. In a building this size, that points to a serious lack of maintenance or planning. It affects everything: getting to work, carrying groceries, having visitors, and the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. Management hasn't made a meaningful fix, and it feels like they don't care about residents' time or safety. If you're considering moving here or using the building, be prepared to lose a big part of your day waiting for an elevator. This is completely unreasonable.
