The front desk staff were professional, and I’d return. Breakfast starts at 6:30, though the food staff don’t seem to like it when guests arrive early. One blonde woman, who may have been in charge, was really kind and respectful and went out of her way for us. Bring your own amenities, since they might not have them. Breakfast is free, but expect to be approached with the tip slip and told to leave a tip in broken English. It felt like more than a request.

The room was just okay, nothing special, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Service was great, the continental breakfast tasted good, and the weekend rate was very reasonable. I had a nice stay and really can’t complain.

This hotel is closed. It used to be a clean, comfortable, pleasant, simple place to stay. I was sorry to see it shut down. I stayed there several times during snowstorms and always had a pleasant visit.
