You saved my trip home. A particular hotel across from Casey's at the north end of town had an empty pool and no exterior building locks after dark. I booked you at the last minute on my first morning to wake up during a three day trip, and you were reliably decent. Thank you!

The walls don’t block much sound, so you can hear people talking in neighboring rooms, and there’s nowhere within walking distance to get lunch or dinner. Even so, I’d happily stay again, for work or with my family. My room was very clean, the staff were attentive, and I appreciated the changing breakfast each day and the people who put care into it. Those of us working overnight really look forward to breakfast. I also loved the Bunn coffee maker, with cappuccino, lattes, and more.

The morning clerk was very kind at checkout and gave us a discount for the trouble with the TV. We appreciated his concern. The hotel itself was clean, didn’t smell, and had a very comfortable bed, but we couldn’t get the TV working during our stay. Connecting to the cable provider meant using a phone and following steps, and we struggled on and off for over an hour and a half. Cox eventually suspended us from trying again. The desk clerk wouldn’t come to the room and just kept saying to follow the steps. We thought we were doing that, but it never worked. There must be a more guest friendly way to set up the TV, especially for older guests like us who aren’t tech savvy.
