Comfort Suites Arlington - Entertainment District

We went out to eat instead because breakfast was so bad. At 6:00 am, it was just me and my husband there, but there wasn’t enough food for three guests. The eggs, if that’s what they were, were cold and awful. Coffee was cold too, and the biscuits the next day were hard and cold. This was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve seen.

There was excellent, plentiful free parking, and it felt like an amazing, safe location. An upscale convenience store and some nice restaurants were within walking distance. The suite was spotlessly clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. Check-out at 12:00 p.m. was generous, and breakfast was great. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk clerk was always friendly and acknowledged me whenever they happened to be up front. I visited in December, and even though it was almost 80° one day, the pool wasn’t tried out.

The front desk was helpful and professional, and Divya was especially courteous and made check-in go smoothly. The rooms at Comfort Suites Entertainment District Arlington were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel felt quiet and relaxing. Everything seemed well maintained, so the stay was easy and pleasant. It’s well located too. I’d recommend the hotel and would stay again.

This is by far the loudest hotel we’ve stayed in during ten years and hundreds of hotel nights. Traffic noise goes on constantly, loud enough that the TV can barely compete. I spent last night with a pillow over my head. My wife went down to work out, but the fitness area was closed, and the pool was closed too. After a long day, I tried to take a hot shower, but the water only got a few degrees above body temperature. Maybe that’d suit a lizard. I’m heading down for breakfast in a few minutes and will ask about changing rooms. This isn’t the peace and quiet you want in a room. I’ll update after breakfast.
