Courtyard Arlington Crystal City/Reagan Nat Airpt

The room was clean and spacious, but being on the 6th floor meant I got a lot of outside light and noise late at night. It also didn't have a microwave, so I couldn't reheat leftovers. The location was convenient for DCA, with the airport shuttle running frequently. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out. They did spell my name wrong, which wasn't a huge deal, but still.

Lunch was served right on time, with George doing a perfect job, and Luciana from the sales banquets team greeted me when I arrived. Leanne, Angie, Beatrice, and everyone else at this location were so helpful. Our company uses the meeting room here, and I stayed at the property with the instructor. As always, it was a wonderful experience and I can see why I return to these locations. The property is clean and conveniently close to Pentagon city. Highly, highly recommend. We'll be back. Thanks for everything.

My bags were pilfered during my stay, and the hotel knew about it. I called from home many times to speak with someone in management and left several messages to follow up on the theft, but nobody called me back. I stayed two nights, one of them on points. Based on what I was told on the phone, I expected to pay for one night of parking, but was charged for two. They refused to remove the extra charge, even though a woman who hadn't paid for parking at all was allowed out of the garage without paying.

The restaurant in the hotel was lovely, and the food was amazing, 10-10! My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable that I got some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. From check-in on, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. I had an excellent stay and will absolutely come back. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, enjoyable visit.
