The parking lot felt extremely unsafe because none of its street lights worked. Inside, there were holes in the carpet, a dingy couch, and "garb" all over the floor. Dead bugs were smashed on the wall beside the beds, and what looked like urine stains covered the mattresses under the sheets. I was disgusted as soon as we walked in. The lobby and facility photos don't show how poor this place is. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

We lasted only an hour before leaving. The room my family got had a broken door, as if someone had forced it, and it was on the 3rd floor. There were sketchy people all over the property, and we honestly feared for our lives while responsible for two kids and an autistic adult. The suite my aunt and uncle had smelled like New York City sewage. This place felt like a crack house. The front staff weren't very helpful. Since I can't give zero stars, I'm giving it one. This was the worst mistake of my entire 23 years of life.

We gave this place a second chance and stayed in a suite. Never again. The towels had holes in them, like something had chewed them, and when I took them to the desk, the replacements smelled like dirt. Housekeeping didn't clean the room, and neither the front desk staff nor management seemed to care. Kids yelled and ran around the property until around 4 or 5 A.M. The manager said he'd have to talk with the owner about the problems, but I never got an answer. The owner obviously doesn't care either. I'll find somewhere else, even if I have to pay more than at this horrible place.

After working for more than four hours without power in the hotel room on my second day, I had to wait by the pool for the lights to come back on. We sat there drinking beer, and when we put our feet in, we noticed the pool floor had a strange color. Later, we realized there was so much algae that we could write our names on the sides with our toes. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were so stiff I stopped using them. I got a partial refund for one night due to the outage, but I won't return. The first room's door didn't work, and moving us to another took nearly 20 minutes. While I was at work, my girlfriend had a knock at the door from a man trying to get in, saying he was supposed to be “meeting a girl there.” We nearly had to call the police. The next morning, there were tiny baby roaches all over the sink and bottom of the bathtub. The shower was hard to figure out and the water was almost unbearably hot. The sink was too hot for brushing my teeth too. Hot water flowing through the toilet made the seat very warm, and every flush was extremely uncomfortable because it made everything smell very strong.
