I want to recognize Ferdows at the front desk for an experience I won’t forget. From check-in, she greeted me warmly and treated me with respect and professionalism. Her genuine smile and attention to detail made me feel comfortable, valued, and welcome. She took time to answer all my questions thoughtfully and showed real care for guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Kindness, honesty, and dedication like hers are rare. Her personality and professionalism reflect well on the whole Hilton team, and my team and I felt fortunate to meet her. I hope management recognizes what a valuable part of the hotel Ferdows is. People like her make a stay special and memorable. Thank you for your wonderful kindness and professionalism. We’ll remember the experience for a long time.

The staff were great, and everything else was fine. We arrived around 12:30 hoping for an early check-in, but no rooms were ready, which was okay since we had a plan. After traveling all day, though, we accepted an offer to check in right away for an extra $20 per night for an upgraded room. I know I agreed, so I’m responsible for that choice. The room turned out to be just like the others, not an upgrade. A few other people at my conference said the same thing had happened to them. It seems Hilton may be baiting tired travelers into paying $20 more a night without giving the upgrade. That feels like a scam. Hilton, you got yourself a bad review for $60. You’re welcome.

The best part of my stay was the five-star customer service. Sami and Tyreek helped me get a room on short notice and made check-in fast and easy. I really appreciated their kindness. Later, I took the wrong elevator, and Richard kindly helped me find my way back to the garage. The hotel and my room were clean, pretty, and modern, and parking in the garage was easy. I’ll definitely stay again!

I’ve stayed here for seven years, and Mohamed has checked me in for most of them. He’s consistently friendly and helpful, and often goes above and beyond. I should have thanked him properly a long time ago. Tonight I realized I’d forgotten to book with points. Mohamed kindly offered to cancel my existing reservation so I could rebook using them, and I was thrilled and grateful. He always makes me smile, and we have a nice chat during check-in. Thanks for all you do, Mahamed. I’m looking forward to saying hi on my next visit. I checked in on 1/23/2026.
