The breakfast service was bare minimum, with just one waiter and one cook. The staff seemed tired and not very motivated. When I asked for a crib for my infant son, they told me to wait until tomorrow because the staff had gone for the day, even though I was only staying one night. The agent also didn't know much about breakfast, gave me the wrong parking price, and poor directions for the elevator. No one helped bring our luggage from the street up to the fourth-floor lobby, and there was no dolly. With low occupancy and points rates that seemed attractive, the hotel clearly isn't in high demand. Experiences like this help explain why.

The room stank of weed, and we couldn't park or get a room before 7:30 at the earliest. The staff were incompetent, at best. I've been in roach motels that were better cared for. Absolute trash for the price.

Really nice, clean rooms, and the manager was especially kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

The hotel is nice and well located, but my first stay got off to a terrible start. My reservation was canceled without a call, email, or any notice. They said they tried charging the card on file and it was locked, so payment didn't go through. They canceled instead of letting me know or giving me a chance to update the payment method. The front desk agent blamed the manager, was rude, and didn't apologize. He just told me to book another room. I don't think they should charge a card without the guest physically there to swipe it, as the policy says, or cancel a confirmed booking without notifying the guest and a valid reason. They need to improve both customer service and how they handle reservations.

The lobby is great and the location is excellent, but I wish the rooms were in better shape. My stays have been hit or miss, and the last one was awful: there was barely any hot water, and a sock was still in the room when I arrived, so I'm not sure what cleaning had been done.
