Live by Loews, Arlington, TX

I came in before the January 2026 Winter event and the snow, and stayed through icy roads that kept staff there Friday through Monday. The team kept things running without making guests feel short-staffed because of the weather. Everyone was professional and friendly, from the restaurant and housekeeping teams to the desk staff and bartenders. The rooms were well maintained, and I could hear from staff conversations that they genuinely liked working together. Olivia, the conference bartender who also served us at other meals, and Courtney, the main bar bartender, deserve a special mention. They made great drinks and remembered us and what we liked from one day to the next. The other servers and bartenders were great too. This stay at live by Lowe's was memorable in the best way.

The bathroom ventilator was missing or broken, and room-service cleaning didn't happen during our stay. Those were the small misses in an otherwise enjoyable weekend. From our 11th-floor room, the view over AT&T Stadium was unreal, and waking up to it made the stay worthwhile. Valet was smooth, and it was easy to walk around the lively area, especially in the evenings. Coffee, bars, and good food were right on the property. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We're already thinking of coming back in the spring.

We went for the lonestar smokeout and really enjoyed the hotel. There were several places to sit around the property, and the pool was nice. The concert was about a 10-minute walk along a flat, fully paved trail. Texas live is next door if you're looking for bars. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room and bed were really comfortable, the staff were very nice, and it's a great location for a baseball game. There were a few drawbacks: slow elevators, low shower pressure, and room-service food that was just okay. Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay.
