Parc Rosslyn

I’ve been in my apartment for over a year and love it. Parc Rosslyn is a real gem among all the apartment options in Arlington. The team and leadership do their best to make residents feel at home. My place was so clean at move-in that I wondered if I was the first tenant. From the view of the monument, you get a front-row feel for the National fireworks on July 4th. The building is well kept and doesn’t have that lingering apartment smell from food, trash chutes, or pets. It looks, smells, and feels like a luxury hotel, thanks to a team that takes pride in the property and looks after tenants. On the few occasions I’ve needed maintenance, the team has been fast, friendly, and effective.

I’m grateful for the management team. My family recently faced a very difficult medical emergency, and the manager was compassionate, understanding, and professional throughout a stressful time. They worked with me and showed that they care about residents. I’m so grateful to call this place home, and I highly recommend it.

I have fond memories of the year I lived here during the 2019-2020 great plague. The building is tucked into a pleasant, leafy residential corner of Rosslyn, and nearly everything met the mark. The walls are super thin, so that’s one star off. I also relied on the morning coffee in the lobby. The underground parking deck was packed, but using it was mostly stress free. If you can afford it, consider living here.

I loved my two years living at Parc Rosslyn. The view of the Washington Monument from our apartment was breathtaking. The maintenance team was friendly, effective, and always around to deal with issues. Elizabeth, Karen, Kamran, Toney, Nyomi, and the rest of the staff were amazing. They really care about tenants and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
