More than 20 cars in the garage were broken into overnight on 5/19/2026. Windows were smashed, items taken, and wheels stolen. Residents pay $150-$200+ a month for garage parking expecting their vehicles and belongings to be secure, but they weren’t. The main garage gate is rarely closed, so random vehicles and people can come in with little restriction. When residents asked management what happened, they got no clear explanation, accountability, or even a basic apology. Other residents told me this wasn’t the first major garage incident involving multiple break-ins and thefts. It’s extremely concerning that this repeated security problem hasn’t been properly addressed while residents keep paying premium parking fees. Current and prospective residents deserve to know what’s going on before choosing to live here. Save yourself the stress, cost, and frustration by looking elsewhere. Please don’t move here!

I love how calm and relaxing this building feels, and the staff and amenities are lovely. I do wish there were a pool, though. My friends say I live in a resort, lol. I also love the activities they put on, like yoga and the comedy show ❤️❤️

I came back three times because the community itself is beautiful, and the people made the visits feel special. Mr. Frank is warm as soon as you walk in, while Eniola is polished and direct but still kind. Oscar even fixed a door during my tour, and Moona smoothly took over for Chris and helped with my questions and touring needs. Christopher was amazing too: attentive, bright, energetic, personable, and completely himself. I understand he’s on medical leave and hope he recovers quickly. The airport and metro are close, but the limited walkability was a drawback for me as a New Yorker without a car. That location ultimately weighed heavily in my decision, so I’m moving forward with another property. I really appreciate the team’s time, support, and the overall experience. We really like the people here. Asfin at the front desk has made things feel welcoming for my girlfriend and me, and Nick has helped us with several things. Our ice maker has broken a few times, but Nick comes by promptly to fix it and even returned a few hours later to check that it was working. The apartment gets great natural light through its huge floor-to-ceiling windows, which wrap around the space. We also love the distant views of the airport and monuments. There’s plenty nearby, and so far we’re really enjoying living here. The staff make it feel like a real community.
