Cozysuites - Stylish Apartment in Downtown Louisville

The apartment was really nice and comfortable, and we had a great stay. Finding the alley to the parking garage was the only tricky part, but once you’re parked they give you step-by-step directions. I do wish there were TVs in the bedrooms, especially for traveling with younger kids. We’ll definitely be back.

We found five roaches the morning we left, after management had known about the infestation since Thursday night. I checked in and did a walkthrough, saw cockroaches, and contacted the management company right away through their virtual service. They told me to go buy bug spray. They also suggested I stay somewhere else for one night and said they’d refund that night. I asked to move to another unit, but they wouldn’t accommodate me. It took three days to finally talk with a manager. They said they’d fumigate after I checked out Monday. The manager was kind enough to say they had no other units, and they refunded 50% of my stay. I left a day earlier than planned. The place is convenient downtown, includes parking, and has a whole townhouse or condo setup, but it wasn’t worth it. With roaches around, we couldn’t enjoy the place, eat, or sleep well. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Kasa felt like a real home away from home, way beyond what I expected. I wish all hotels were this clean, comfy, and wonderful. Their customer service impressed me too. They answered my questions quickly and accurately. I’d stay here anytime!

The apartment was clean, had the basic things we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Food and bars are just a short walk away. I had a small problem with the first unit when I arrived, but they dealt with it right away. The owners were extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. The only issue was that the air conditioner in the main bedroom didn’t work. It did work in the bathroom, so we used a fan to move the air around. I’d definitely stay with these owners again and recommend them to anyone.
