The tents were beautiful and so much fun, with everything we needed even though we flew to Maine without camping gear. Ours had its own fire pit, and they provided wood and matches. Terramor clearly thought of everything, and we were continually impressed. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, which were open during our stay. Staff were kind and helpful, and the property and lodge were gorgeous. The restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast was very good for a non-hot, cooked-food breakfast. It’s only about 10-15 minutes from the park entrance. We found Terramor by chance on Expedia, and it became a huge part of why we loved our Acadia trip.

We spent four days here and loved it. The tents were roomy and comfortable, with cozy linens, warm water, and electricity. It works well for kids and couples alike. There’s a pool, well-kept grill areas, and a shared space with fire pits and lawn games. Parking was plentiful, and I appreciated that cars couldn’t drive up to the tents because it kept noise and disruption down. The lodge has a restaurant, full bar, games, and a cozy ski-lodge feel. Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are both close enough for day trips.

The on-site restaurant and bar were a 10/10, with delicious food, creative cocktails, and a great place to unwind after exploring. The staff were warm and went out of their way to keep us comfortable. We also loved evenings by the campfire with s’mores, live music, and such welcoming vibes. Our tent was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, with amenities far beyond a typical camping setup. The property is tucked into the woods but still close to everything. Terramor is next-level glamping, peaceful and stylish, and I already can’t wait to go back.

We had a great time as a couple at Terramor in early October. It was easy to reach, just a short drive from Acadia trailheads and downtown Bar Harbor. We had dinner at the lodge one night and really enjoyed spending time with bartenders TJ and Connor. The food and drinks were delicious. You can hear traffic and other guests sometimes, but it didn’t bother us. I’d go back.

We wanted to try glamping on our Acadia National Park trip, and Terramor outdoor Resort exceeded our expectations. The camping experience came with luxury amenities, and the place was well maintained with top-notch service. Breakfast was delicious before heading out to the trail, and the tent had pour-over coffee to get the day started. It was a relaxing, rejuvenating stay surrounded by nature, and it’s kid friendly. I’d highly recommend it for a visit to Acadia or Bar harbor.
