The outdoor canopy area has heaters for the evening, which makes it a nice place to relax with family or friends. There's also a heated pool and a cold pool, so it can be enjoyed in any weather. Rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does a top notch job. Breakfast is complimentary every morning, with fresh juice and coffee. Manager Viki Patel is super nice, welcoming, and always ready to help guests. Everything about the cleanliness and hospitality made my stay amazing. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful visit. Highly recommend this hotel!

We booked on short notice and got a good rate. Alan made check-in quick and easy, and the clean room had enough space for our family of four for a brief stay. It wasn’t especially large, but I’d stay here again.

A simple, clean place to get some rest for the night, and the front desk staff were great. The jacuzzi felt much hotter than it should have, probably because its thermostat was broken. We let the staff know, and I’m sure they took care of it.

The main drawback was how thin the walls are. My parents said they could hear every normally spoken conversation from the rooms on either side, so keep that in mind if you’re planning any noisy shenanigans. Still, they’d come back. The rooms were clean, the area felt safe, and the location worked well for their two-night trip for Pismo Beach clamming and Avila Hot Springs. They went with a church seniors group, whose leader booked rooms for each couple. Breakfast was limited to Danish pastries and coffee, and, well, it is a motel. They stayed October 16-18, 2025.

The room itself was great, but I could never get more than lukewarm water from the shower. It didn’t heat up enough.
