I found the room clean, the bed comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The morning coffee tasted good, and I didn't see any bugs. This is a basic, budget-friendly Super 8 motel, with the room door opening right onto the parking lot rather than into a central lobby. The area is walkable and has lots of restaurants nearby. There's space for trucks and trailers, too. The rooms look a little dated, even though a sign said they'd been renovated recently.

We asked the front desk twice for help after children kept running and yelling in the halls after 11 PM. They said they'd look into it, but it went on past midnight. Earlier, the lobby had been loud and chaotic, with children running around and making it hard to get to breakfast without being bumped into. I also saw young kids unattended in the gym, where they could have hurt themselves or someone else. The hotel should have and enforce rules requiring children to be supervised, for their safety and out of consideration for other guests. The room itself was nice, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. In other respects it was a nice place, but I wouldn't stay there again because of this.

The room had a very strong smell, so I tried spraying Glade. Bathroom floor tiles were loose. At least the bed was clean and comfortable, and I got the good night's sleep I needed.

The owner wouldn't let me check in using my Wyndham points, saying Wyndham paid him only $17.00 and that wasn't enough. He wanted cash from me for the dump. I ended up driving 20 miles south and staying at a very upscale Wyndham La Quinta hotel instead.

Booking online gets you a better price if you just need somewhere to lay your head for a few hours. The place is clean, well lit, and easy to get into. The beds aren't especially soft, but the towels are. The guy at the desk was very nice, and I'd stay again.
